Product Catalog Import Schedule
Criteo automatically imports your product catalog every day. This way we always have accurate and up-to-date product information.
Once the first import is complete, you can then select a specific time for your catalog update. You can choose up to four scheduled imports. We recommend uploading your feed at least once a day.
If you have a static feed, meaning the information in your feed doesn't change over time, one update per day will be enough.
If you have a dynamic feed, meaning products, pricing, availability, and other information can change frequently, you should schedule the catalog to update up to four times per day, depending on how often your products are updated.
To schedule your feed import:
Go to Assets > Product Catalog under the left navigation bar of your dashboard.
Go to the Feeds tab, locate the Schedule field, and click its Edit icon.
Toggle the Schedule Daily Imports button to ON and add one or multiple import times.
If you update your product feed at the same time every day, we recommend scheduling the catalog import right after, to ensure that any changes are immediately reflected on Criteo's side.
You can also start a manual import at any time by clicking on Product Preview to see how the products will be imported and then you can import your feed by clicking on Save and Import.
