About the customer journey from Acquisition to Retention
You can select your campaign advertising Objectives for your target audience based on your customer Acquisition to Retention Goals.
There are 3 touchpoints aka Objectives, within each Goal:
Awareness,
Consideration
Conversion.
Each Goal / Objective combination should have its own dedicated advertising strategy to ensure that the customer is targeted at every touchpoint in their buying journey.
