Ad Set A/B Tests
Criteo’s ad set A/B testing functionality enables you to test and understand the impact of changing various parameters of your campaigns to discover the best strategy to accomplish your business objectives. Our solution provides a simple way for you to measure the real impact of any control that can be adjusted, fully in self-service.
Here are a few things to keep in mind before setting up your A/B test :
The control ad set and test ad set(s) must belong to the same campaign. The platform requires at least two ad sets to be involved in an A/B test.
All ad sets need to either be live or be scheduled to be live at the time the A/B test begins.
If you need to create a new ad set for the purposes of the A/B test, you can follow the standard ad set creation process within the campaigns section of Commerce Growth before applying it to the Experiments tab.
The budget needs to be large enough to deliver at least a few million displays on each ad sets in order to maximize the chances of reaching statistic significance.
