Do I need to activate Meta to launch GO! Campaigns?

Activating Meta is not required to run a GO! Campaign, but it is recommended to ensure optimal performance and reach.  

Can I add coupons to GO! Campaigns?

Yes, coupons can be included in GO! Campaigns just as you would in a standard campaign. This allows you to run promotional offers directly within the GO! environment. 

How many ads can I activate in a GO! Campaign set up?

In GO!, You’re limited to one ad per inventory type. This means that for each inventory such as dynamic, showcase, or adaptive, you can only run a single creative per campaign in display, native and social format.  

Which ad inventory types can I activate in GO! Campaign set up?

The available ad inventory depends on whether the client has a cataloge. For clients with a product cataloge, both showcase and dynamic ads are supported. For those without a catalogue, only adaptive ads can be used.

Can I personalize ads in GO! or can I only use ads generated in the Design Tool?

Personalised ads or those generated in Design Tool cannot be used in GO! Campaigns. Instead, you must use creatives created directly in the Commerce Growth platform. You can either create new ones or reuse existing Commerce Growth ads. 

Can I include a product set in a GO! Campaign?

No, GO! Campaigns do not support product sets. If you switch an existing ad set that includes a product set to GO!, the product set will be automatically removed during the transition. 

Can I schedule budgets for GO! Campaigns?

Unfortunately, budget scheduling is not yet supported in GO!. You’ll need to manage budget changes manually as needed. 

What happens when you launch a campaign mid-month? 

When you start a campaign in the middle of the month, we'll recalculate your average daily spend and show it below the input box. For the rest of the month, we'll adjust spending to match your monthly limit. After that, your set daily budget will apply as normal.  

If you adjust your monthly limit to spend a lower value to account for a partial month of campaign run time, be sure to adjust your budget to your desired value the following month
