Account Approval Overview

Before your Criteo account can be fully activated, we perform a series of standard checks to confirm that your site complies with Criteo’s Advertising Guidelines, meets our Privacy Policy requirements, and that the business information provided during signup is complete and accurate.

It’s common for our review team to request additional details before granting final approval. In many cases, certain elements of your registration may require clarification or correction, such as missing business information, discrepancies in website content, or privacy-related issues that need to be resolved. When this occurs, we’ll notify you and outline the exact steps you need to take.

Our goal is to help you complete the approval process as quickly and smoothly as possible. Responding promptly to any requests for clarification will help ensure your campaigns can begin without delay.
