About Accounts

A Commerce Growth account allows you to access the platform and manage and report on your campaigns.

AMAZON®

An account is unique and can have an unlimited number of users. Users will only have access to the account they are invited to.  

There are two types of accounts: Advertiser and Agency.   

Advertiser Accounts

An Advertiser account enables marketers to deliver ads across the open internet to achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives. An Advertiser account contains:

• An account name generated by your Criteo Team

• One website Url that is your website Url

• One currency that is your preferred billing currency

• A country in which you wish to deliver ads  

Agency Accounts

An Agency account makes advertiser portfolio and team management easier. 

An Agency account contains:

• An account name generated by your Criteo Team

• A country

• An agency level

  • contracted: Criteo's invoices are sent to the agency

  • managed: Agency only managed the advertiser campaigns, Criteo's invoices are sent to the client or another agency
