Update your catalog settings

Your catalog is set up either through an e-commerce platform or through a URL that you’ve provided. If you've integrated with an e-commerce platform, you shouldn’t need to update your catalog configuration.

If you are using an e-commerce platform, you can also reset your Product Catalog configuration by clicking the "reset catalog" button.

Merging multiple catalog sources

If you are using a URL as your catalog source, you can set up multiple configurations. We will pull your catalog data from the different sources that you have provided and will merge it into a single catalog.

If you want to modify any of your configurations, click "Catalog settings". This is where you can see all of your URL catalog sources. Click the edit button (✎) to edit any of your configurations.

If you only have one configuration in place, you will automatically be redirected to the catalog settings page.

You will now be able to update your configuration.

For URL product catalogs:

If you’ve updated the credentials to access your catalog or change the location, you’ll need to update this in the Commerce Growth platform to ensure Criteo is receiving the most up-to-date product information.

Enter the location: Enter the URL that will point to the new location of your catalog. You can test this link to ensure that the catalog path is correct by clicking the “Download” button.
Grant permission to access your catalog (if necessary): If your catalog is protected and requires credentials to access, enter these credentials here.
Test your catalog setup: Once you’ve updated your catalog setup, you’ll need to launch a test import. A table with sample products will be displayed, along with the value of the different fields that are being imported into the catalog.
If the test is successful, you’ll be able to save your new catalog settings. If there’s an error, you’ll receive instructions on how to fix it.

If you have an additional source of data that you want to pull your catalog from, you can click on the "+ Add another catalog" button within the "Catalog connection" section. Follow the steps above and you will have created a new configuration.
